We ordered the Gianni sofa bed and were able to get it delivered before Christmas which was a massive help as we have family staying. The delivery was very punctual as well - we were given a 3 hour window and they got to us 1.5 hours into the window, ideal! We did have a bit of trouble trying to decipher the assembly instructions but rang in and Peter was able to point us in the right direction and even sent a digital copy so we could zoom in on the details. Whenever we got in contact with the team they were always a delight to deal with and we’d like to say thank you to all of them for helping us get our new Sofabed in and together in time for Christmas.

We bought an Ottilie sofa. It’s a good shape, comfortable and we chose a lovely looking fabric from the LYH range. However, I’ve been really disappointed to find that the fabric is not colourfast. When I gently sponged a couple of marks off it, the fabric colour came off too! I now have white patches on the sofa which there is no way of fixing. LYH’s response was just to say that the fabric was dry clean only. I understand this means water might leave marks, but not that it would remove colour - any fabric used for a sofa should be colourfast surely! Such a shame, the company’s styles and fabrics are lovely but this has put me off.

Considering the delivery drivers representing their company are aggressive, tailgate and speed heavily I wouldn’t recommend. The driver of YY72 HPK today between 2-3pm did all of the above (whilst drinking a can of monster and smoking) on wet roads with traffic surrounding. It was extremely dangerous behaviour and he never would have stopped in time given the road conditions / lack of hands on the wheel, more training is clearly needed as he will one day kill somebody if continues driving a lorry (weighing several tonnes) in such a reckless manor.

I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service of this company. Merely two weeks after purchasing the sofa, a portion of the fabric tore. When I approached them, they failed to acknowledge it as a manufacturing defect. It's unacceptable for a company that charges premium prices and prides itself on offering quality products. I strongly advise against buying from them.

We were looking forward to our new sofa and were very excited to have it delivered. Unfortunately it did not feel as comfortable as we expected and remembered from the show room. After nearly a year of usage the feel is the sofa has not improved. The support team doesn’t recognise this as the design issue and can only offer ordering the bespoke (bespoke = expensive) cushions. Further more, we have an issue with broken/splitting seam. The case has been open for months now but it still has not been resolved. It really feels like Love Your Home support team hopes that the problem will go away by itself.

We LOVE our new Love Your Home sofas! We took a trip to the showroom in Surrey in June and the lady was so helpful in guiding us through the different sofas. We ended up purchasing a blue velvet corner sofa and a smaller two-seater. Communication was great the whole way through and we received them within the 8 week window. The delivery men were very efficient and followed Covid-19 safety protocols. They took away all the packaging and we were left with our lovely sofas - a very easy process. The sofas are great quality and we love that they are completely bespoke. My sister has a Loaf sofa and this is WAY better quality! Actually had a terrible customer service experience with Loaf so I would much rather support a company like Love Your Home who offer the bespoke service. No need to plump up the cushions either; they return to their original shape immediately. I can highly recommend this company :)

Highly recommended. A fantastic show room in Surrey. A range of designs from modern through to traditional and some great fabrics. Sofa was delivered by a high quality specialist furniture team. They were even able to take out a sash window to get the sofa in. Build quality of frame seems really good and sturdy and it is comfy. From start to finish I'd recommend shopping here.

We bought 2 sofas from Love Your Home for a beach side house we were renovating in 2016, we wanted comfort, style and flexibility from our choice..... we got that. After a lot of searching we visited LYH's amazing country show room, Leigh and his colleagues were very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us. They look amazing, and are too relaxing, its difficult to get the motivation to get up once you sit or lie on them. The setting, Leigh's dog, the coffee, the fabric choices........ what's not to like, go and see them. As clients and specifiers we highly recommend LYH.

I received my new sofas before Christmas and absolutely love them! I'm really impressed by the quality of them after searching for a long time for a good quality sofa that wasn't way over my budget. I'm so so glad that I went with their stain resistant fabrics as they've been working wonders. I purchased the Harper Sofa in stain resistant velvet grass and the Colorado sofa in stain resistant linen dove.

I bought a Chesterfield sofa bed from LYH about six months ago, and it's fantastic - excellent quality, gorgeous, and very comfortable. It still looks brand new despite living with dogs and kids (and clumsy adults) thanks to the fabric - everything wipes right off. It was shipped exactly on time, with great communication throughout the process. The staff are all lovely. I really couldn't be happier - I've already recommended LYH to friends, and I'll keep recommending them.
